Job summary

Core Medical Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a growing rehabilitation team serving patients throughout Missouri and Kansas. The role supports telehealth and hybrid care delivery for workers' compensation, federal and personal injury cases, and MVA rehabilitation.

The position emphasizes evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with flexible remote/hybrid scheduling options and a focus on return-to-work goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri and Kansas.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat workers' compensation, federal injury, personal injury, and MVA patients.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Establish functional goals and return-to-work recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, employers, case managers, attorneys, adjusters, and healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
