Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventative and primary care for Medicare patients through a telehealth platform. This 100% remote position offers a flexible schedule for qualified NPs located in the United States.

Responsibilities include performing wellness visits, new patient evaluations, chronic disease management, and documenting encounters in the EHR while maintaining CMS telehealth compliance. Prior telehealth experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NP license(s) with eligibility to practice in the U.S.
• Experience delivering preventative/primary care via telehealth.
• Ability to document encounters accurately in EHRs and CMS-compliant workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and virtual E/M visits.
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations.
• Manage chronic conditions and support remote patient monitoring.
• Assess patient conditions and review medications.
• Provide evidence-based care recommendations via phone and video visits.
• Help close care gaps and improve patient outcomes.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR and ensure compliance.
