Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventative and primary care for Medicare patients through a telehealth platform. This 100% remote position offers a flexible schedule for qualified NPs located in the United States.

Responsibilities include performing wellness visits, new patient evaluations, chronic disease management, and documenting encounters in the EHR while maintaining CMS telehealth compliance. Prior telehealth experience is strongly preferred.

The Judge Group is Hiring: Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (Remote - United States)

100% Remote | Flexible Schedule

The Judge Group is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventative and primary care services for Medicare patients through a telehealth platform. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking for a flexible, remote position while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Position Details

• 100% Remote (must reside in the U.S.)
• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
• Provider must supply their own equipment and meet technical requirements

Schedule Availability

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
• Sunday: Closed

Required Licensure

Candidates must hold active NP licenses in three or more of the following states:

• Mississippi (MS)
• Louisiana (LA)
• Illinois (IL)
• Georgia (GA)
• South Carolina (SC)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and virtual E/M visits

• Build strong patient relationships through effective communication
• Accurately document encounters within the EHR
• Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements
• Participate in remote training sessions and workflow updates

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license(s)
• Licensed in at least three of the required states listed above
• Experience providing preventative and/or primary care
• Previous telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Comfortable conducting both phone and video consultations
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to meet scheduling requirements
• Candidates with a history of malpractice settlements are not eligible for this opportunity
