Teladoc Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive remote primary care. You will conduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to deliver high-quality care.

This 100% remote role offers flexibility across states, with required multi-state licensure and FPA authority. You’ll work with a care team, manage EHRs, and participate in ongoing professional development and telemedicine

Formación

• Advanced Practice RN with MSN or DNP and ANCC/AANP board certification.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience in primary care.
• Active RN licensure in at least 3 states and FPA authority.
• Willing to be licensed in up to all 50 states; TX/NC/MI/NY preferred.
• Remote/hybrid virtual primary care experience preferred; 1 year obesity medicine preferred.
• Bilingual English–Spanish a plus; able to work evenings and some Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, including history, exams, and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patient education and counseling.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide care decisions.
• Prescribe medications per guidelines; coordinate with care teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and participate in quality improvement.
