Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner for 100% remote work. You will deliver virtual care, perform new patient evaluations, manage chronic conditions, and conduct Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare patients.

Active NP licensure in MS/LA/IL/GA/SC is required, with prior telehealth experience preferred. You will work with a collaborative virtual team, completing visits and documentation in the EHR to meet CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license.
• Must be licensed in three or more of: MS, LA, IL, GA, SC.
• Proven clinical experience in preventative/primary care; telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and E/M virtual visits.
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations.
• Manage chronic conditions and support remote patient monitoring.
• Review medications and provide evidence-based care recommendations.
• Document medical records accurately in the EHR and ensure CMS compliance.
• Participate in remote training sessions and stay updated on workflow changes.
