Job summary

i4 Search Group Healthcare Recruiting is assisting a growing, multi-state healthcare organization in recruiting an overnight Telehealth Nurse Practitioner. This 100% remote role lets you provide patient care virtually from home across Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia.

You will conduct virtual visits, assess and diagnose within your NP scope, and document in the EHR. Collaboration with the care team ensures continuity of care while delivering high-quality telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Telehealth experience is required.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of NP scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient visits through a telehealth platform.
• Assess, diagnose and treat patients within NP scope of practice.
• Develop, adjust and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Document visits accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care.
