Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited NP program.
• Active NP license in Kentucky, Ohio, or West Virginia.
• National NP board certification.
• Telehealth experience with virtual patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Proficiency in EHR documentation and clinical decision-making.
• Preferred: Multi-state NP licensure to support patients across all three states.
• Preferred: Overnight or after-hours coverage in a clinical setting.
• Preferred: Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments via secure telehealth platforms.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as clinically indicated.
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EHR system.
• Make sound clinical decisions, including escalation and referrals.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health management and prevention.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, scope of practice, and HIPAA standards.

We are seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position. In this role, you will provide virtual patient care to individuals across Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare from your home office.

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct virtual patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care using secure telehealth technology. This role offers flexible scheduling across weekday overnight, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, and is designed for experienced clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while maintaining a professional, supportive work environment.

The compensation for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus a productivity bonus for performance above the RVU threshold tied to quality measures.
