Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a National On Call Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to provide telephonic/telehealth care for members and caregivers. This remote, Per Diem role requires 32 hours monthly and holiday coverage, with care delivered across settings using telehealth and EMR documentation.

Qualified candidates will have NP licensure in CT/RI, board certification, DEA, and 3+ years APC clinical experience; remote work from anywhere within the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license in CT or RI.

Responsibilities

• Available on telephonic platform to coordinate care among providers.
• Utilize EMR to deliver acute care and document findings for CMS compliance.
• Coordinate care during transitions across settings and with stakeholders.
• Attend mandatory trainings and participate in quality initiatives.
