Job summary

CareTalk Health is a fully remote, nationwide telehealth practice seeking board-certified physicians (MD/DO) to provide virtual care across the United States. You will be supported by scheduling, nursing, and technology to focus on patients.

The role requires multi-state licenses, Interstate Medical Licensure Compact participation is a plus, and remote, flexible hours with a 1099 contract.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with active licenses in multiple states
• Experience delivering care in virtual/telehealth settings
• Comfort conducting phone and video visits; strong patient communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M follow-ups by phone or video
• Manage chronic conditions, review medications, and prescribe where appropriate
• Write orders for indicated screenings and review results
• Close care gaps and build rapport with Medicare patients
• Document every encounter accurately in SOAP format
