Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Florida or Compact State).
• Minimum of two (2) years of practical nursing or related clinical experience.
• Experience in telehealth, call center operations, or triage support environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and medical documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor consult queues and manage cases to ensure timely progression.
• Coordinate physician assignment and dispatch based on urgency.
• Support intake, prioritization, and escalation for consults.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and internal systems to manage case workflows.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain knowledge of current protocols and updates.
