Banyan Treatment Centers is hiring a Telehealth Clinical Supervisor for a remote role, licensed in FL, PA, or DE. The position supports IOP-level care and clinical leadership across our national telehealth programs.

The role includes supervision of therapists, documentation oversight, and ongoing clinical improvement, with regular collaboration with the Telehealth Director and Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical licensure in at least one state (FL/PA/DE or equivalent).
• 5 years of clinical experience with SUD/mental health and/or co-occurring conditions.
• Strong documentation, treatment planning, risk assessment, and ethics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to telehealth therapists delivering IOP-level care.
• Guide clinician development and ongoing supervision.
• Support licensure expansion across states and credentialing where needed.
• Review documentation and treatment plans for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Telehealth leadership to maintain standards and improve workflows.

Telehealth Clinical Supervisor | Remote | Licensed in FL, PA, or DE | Full-Time

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Telehealth Clinical Supervisor to join our growing clinical team, supporting the delivery of IOP-level care to individuals overcoming substance use and mental health disorders.

The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, support therapist development, and help ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across our telehealth programs.

You’ll work closely with the Telehealth Clinical Director and Head of Telehealth, contributing to clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and the continued growth of our virtual treatment services.

Reports To: National Clinical Director of Virtual Care

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Telehealth Clinical Supervisor , you will:

• Take on a meaningful leadership role within a growing national telehealth program.
• Help shape clinical practices and processes that directly influence patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Be supported in expanding your clinical licensure across state lines, with reimbursement for additional state credentials where business needs exist.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to telehealth therapists delivering IOP-level care.
• Monitor clinical performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
• Review clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical guidance on complex cases, crisis intervention, risk assessment, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the Telehealth Clinical Director to maintain clinical standards, improve workflows, and support program growth.
• Assist with clinician onboarding, training, multidisciplinary case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote accountability, ethical practices, and consistent, patient-centered care across the telehealth team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, fully independent clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or applicable state equivalent) in at least one of the following states: Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• 5 Years clinical experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and/or co-occurring conditions.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, risk assessment, and ethical standards of care.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively supporting and collaborating with a clinical team.
• Direct experience with Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) or other structured outpatient treatment settings.
• Accountability: Commitment to maintaining documentation standards, regulatory compliance, and consistent clinical performance.
• Ability to navigate a growing telehealth environment while responding effectively to evolving program needs.
• Dedication to ethical, compassionate evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
