Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Telehealth Clinical Supervisor to join our national clinical team, supporting the delivery of IOP-level care to individuals overcoming substance use and mental health disorders in a remote setting.

The Telehealth Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, mentorship to therapists, review documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance across states, including licensure expansion where needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or state equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, risk assessment, and ethics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to telehealth therapists delivering IOP-level care.
• Monitor clinical performance, give feedback, and support professional development.
• Review clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on complex cases, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with Telehealth Director to maintain standards and support program growth.
• Assist with clinician onboarding, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Education

Master's degree in social work or related field
