Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Telehealth Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise our remote clinical team delivering IOP-level care for substance use and mental health conditions.

You will oversee clinical practices, support therapist development, and ensure high-quality, compliant care across telehealth programs, with licensure expansion support and collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or state equivalent) in at least one state.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with SUD/mental health, and/or co-occurring conditions.
• Strong skills in clinical documentation, treatment planning, risk assessment, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to telehealth therapists delivering IOP-level care.
• Oversee clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and refine telehealth practices, workflows, and standards in collaboration with leadership.
• Support therapists’ ongoing professional development and licensure expansion across state lines.
