We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Telehealth BCBA to provide high-quality, remote ABA supervisory services across multiple clinic settings. This role blends temporary supervisory support with the potential for full case management, requiring strong virtual communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for supporting others. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, meet a billable metric scaled to hours worked, and build meaningful relationships with technicians, families, and other BCBA’s.
Candidates must currently reside in Illinois.
As defined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are graduate-level certified professionals who provide behavior-analytic services. BCBAs develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. The Telehealth BCBA will assess behaviors and provide support to clients and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in partnership with the Director of Telehealth, clinic management, RBTs, and BPI's leadership team. This role will deliver primarily remote ABA supervisory services across multiple locations, with occasional in-person sessions, as assigned.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who thrives independently and in a team environment. We are looking for candidates who can commit to a caseload with billable hours scaled to hours requirements and a flexible schedule, including the availability to work evening hours (until 6:00 PM) a few days per week. You will support a caseload remotely while also acting as an additional support line to in-person teams. This may require minimal travel, approximately once per month.
If you are looking for a meaningful career where you can truly make a difference, we encourage you to apply and join the Behavioral Perspective team!
