Job summary

Axe Recruiting is seeking a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to expand access to ABA for children in Lake County, Illinois. This part-time role offers a realistic path to full-time by June based on adherence and outcomes, with telehealth delivery and in-home coordination as needed.

The position involves supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs/assessments, and ensuring Medicaid-ready documentation, while enabling flexible scheduling and potential growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• Telehealth experience delivering ABA services
• HIPAA-compliant documentation practices
• Strong clinical documentation and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs/assessments and write treatment plans meeting Illinois Medicaid standards.
• Deliver ABA via telehealth and oversee in-home implementation when needed.
• Supervise and coach RBTs/technicians, ensuring fidelity and ethics.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and drive skill acquisition.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and assist with prior auth/reauth processes.
• Review data and iterate treatment plans to achieve outcomes.
