Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our telehealth team in Edmond, Oklahoma. The BCBA will lead RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop ABA treatment plans while utilizing innovative technology to improve behavioral health delivery. This role requires a Master's degree and BCBA certification, complemented by at least two years of experience working with children and telehealth supervision. Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population.
• At least one year of telehealth supervision experience.
• Memberships to specific state and national professional associations recommended.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analytic assessments.
• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans.
• Consult with RBTs regarding client concerns.
• Record and track daily progress accurately.

Skills

General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

Proficient computer skills in Excel and database management

Effective oral and written communication

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Education

BCBA certification

Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
