Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver caregiver-mediated ABA services via telehealth across NM and beyond. The role focuses on coaching families to implement interventions in natural settings, with an emphasis on real-time feedback and collaborative care planning.

The ideal candidate brings BCBA certification, a Master’s in a related field, and at least five years’ pediatric experience, including telehealth supervision.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and mentorship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct caregiver-mediated ABA assessments and develop plans.
