Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Telehealth role based in Phoenix, AZ. You will supervise in-home ABA services remotely, coaching technicians and partnering with families to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active credential.
• Experience delivering ABA in home or telehealth setting.
• Ability to travel to markets as needed (travel expenses covered).
• Strong collaboration with families and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies.
