Job summary

FronteraCare is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their telehealth team. This role involves conducting assessments, developing, and implementing ABA treatment plans, and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, BCBA certification, and a minimum of two years of experience with children. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis needed.
• Two or more years experience with pediatric population required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments.
• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans.
• Consult with RBTs regarding client/family concerns.

Skills

General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

Effective oral and written communication

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Proficient computer skills in Excel

Evidence of practicing a high level of confidentiality

Education

BCBA certification
