Job summary

ChenMed is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider I, CareLine to conduct virtual consultations for diagnostic patient care and after-hours support. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and document health status via video or phone, coordinating with PCPs to ensure high-quality telemedicine care.

The role requires NP/APP credentials, multi‑state licensure and the ability to travel as needed for regulatory observation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and graduate of a school of nursing for Advanced Practice Nursing with certification in area of specialty required; Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• For NPs: Board certification by AANP or ANCC required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems via telemedicine and document findings.
• Collaborate with PCPs and other providers to report health data and ensure guidelines.
• Develop and implement patient management plans and coordinate referrals.
