Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex technology programs in telecom or cloud voice.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate large-scale technology transitions.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and communicate tech concepts clearly.
• College degree in telecommunications, information technology or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and attend occasional on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise voice initiatives including cloud voice adoption and platform upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and campus stakeholders across projects.
• Manage full project lifecycles from requirements to deployment and operational transition.
• Ensure clear planning, risk management, and reliable voice services.
