You will play a critical role in supporting live production systems and resolving complex incidents that affect enterprise clients, ensuring operational excellence at all times.
Qualifications
4–7+ years of Linux administration experience in production environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure layers.
Experience supporting live production systems.
Familiarity with AWS or GCP.
Basic scripting skills (Bash or Python).
Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
Experience working with Jira (preferred).
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve escalated incidents on telecom platforms serving enterprise clients.
Analyze logs and diagnose service failures.
Troubleshoot across OS, network, application, and database layers.
Restore stability in live production environments.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
Assist with stabilization and support of next-generation systems.
Perform system health monitoring.
Proactively identify and resolve issues.
Manage workflows and tickets through Jira.
Administer and troubleshoot RHEL/CentOS environments.
Support systems hosted in AWS (GCP acceptable).
Write and execute Bash or Python scripts for diagnostics and operational tasks.
Maintain and support cloud-hosted telecom workloads.
