• Proven experience in telecoms field engineering – installations, maintenance & commissioning.
• Hands-on expertise with DWDM, SDH, PDH, Ethernet, IP and VoIP systems.
• Strong fault-finding and test equipment proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leading site-based activities for deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Providing first-line leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Supporting project managers with on-site planning, updates, and reporting.
