You will collaborate with internal teams and drive the program to completion with strong prioritization and self-motivation. The ideal candidate has telecom real estate experience, carrier exposure, especially Verizon, and proven ability to forecast

## Job Description# Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - IIIApply**Job#: 3056856****Job Description:****Location:** Fully remote.**Description:****DESCRIPTION**Specialist will join the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND) Network Macro New Build Real Estate Team managing macro new build projects. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “Real Estate Complete” work product. In addition to supervising third party vendors, responsibilities include managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise. Candidate must be able to onboard possessing the required skills and experience, as detailed below, with minimal training.
