Qualifications

• 1–3 years in construction project coordination or controls (telecommunications preferred)
• Familiarity with U.S. telecommunications providers and their protocols
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF statements); Power BI and SAP a plus
• Understanding of CPI, SPI, and EAC
• Experience with WBS and CBS is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to project sites or offices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects
• Maintain project logs, CRM, and Excel trackers for real-time status
• Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries
• Support project cost tracking (labor, materials, subs, equipment)
• Assist in cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC)
• Use Excel/Power BI to generate performance/status reports
• Assist change management and ensure accurate billing/docs
• Collaborate with field managers for job readiness and timely completion
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
