Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise strategy, or related senior advisory roles.
• Experience shaping strategy across large, complex technology organizations with multi-year roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience developing executive-level strategy deliverables and leadership decision packages.
• Ability to align technology investments with business value through financial analysis and ROI modeling.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a clear technology strategy view aligned to business priorities and enterprise goals.
• Translate business strategy into technology roadmap implications, investment themes, and sequencing.
• Develop executive-level strategy materials, including roadmaps, business cases, and scorecards.
• Establish a 360-degree view of the technology organization with measurable value and risk.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, finance, and data leaders to align investments and roadmap delivery.
• Monitor market trends and inform technology strategy and investment recommendations.
• Drive follow-through by translating decisions into actions, owners, milestones, and checkpoints.
