Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven leader to serve as Principal, Strategy Advancement – Partnerships. You will develop and manage external technology partnerships to enable Humana's growth, operational excellence, and enhanced member experience.

The role collaborates with Product, Technology, Strategy, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Finance and more. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in strategy or partnerships, 5+ years leading large initiatives, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
8+ years in strategy, business development, technology partnerships, consulting, digital transformation, or healthcare operations.
5+ years leading enterprise-wide initiatives or strategic programs.
Experience managing complex external partnerships, vendor relationships, or technology alliances.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategy for external technology partnerships.
Act as executive relationship lead for key technology partners.
Present strategic recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
Drive continuous improvement and strategic roadmap development.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance member engagement through partnerships.
