Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Technology Portfolio Manager to coordinate demand management and portfolio oversight, translating business needs into defined requests and informed investment decisions. You will lead demand intake, prioritize initiatives, maintain portfolio visibility, and develop dashboards and executive summaries in collaboration with IT and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, IS or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in demand management or portfolio management or related disciplines.
• Experience managing demand intake and portfolio oversight.
• Experience across multiple business functions in a complex enterprise.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work in a remote environment across time zones.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology demand intake, documentation, qualification, and assessment.
• Coordinate the demand lifecycle from intake through prioritization and approval.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio visibility into demand, investments, risks, and portfolio health.
• Develop portfolio analyses, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to assess resources and delivery impacts.
• Analyze portfolio demand against capacity and identify risks and trade-offs.
• Support technology investment planning with Finance and IT leadership.
• Coordinate with Technology Engagement Partners, PMO, Finance, Architecture, Security, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand management processes.
• Influence investment and prioritization decisions through evidence-based analysis.
