Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Technical Writer to join the Employee Experience Design team within Fidelity Workplace Consulting, focused on employee benefit communications. You will draft technical benefit communications, create content across print, web, video, and social formats, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver accurate, high-impact work.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong writing/editing skills, and knowledge of retirement and benefit plans.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing across audiences and formats.
• Working knowledge of retirement and health and welfare plan fundamentals.
• Experience drafting SPDs and other benefit communications.
• Ability to partner with technical consultants to ensure accuracy and clarity in legally required documents (ERISA).
