Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is hiring a Technical Course Developer to design and deliver technical training for SATCOM and military systems. You will create curricula, ISD-based materials, eLearning content, and assessments while aligning with NATO standards.

The role works with engineering, logistics, and customer teams to ensure training stays synchronized with baselines, and supports Train-the-Trainer activities and course validation. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in instructional design, educational tech, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years creating technical training programs for defense/aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives, curricula, materials, and assessments aligned with requirements.
• Create SCORM-compliant eLearning content and performance-based assessments.
• Design training programs for SATCOM, military systems, and cybersecurity basics.
• Collaborate with engineering and logistics to integrate manuals into training.
• Validate content through SME reviews, pilot courses, and QA activities.
