Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical education in controls, automation, electrical, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant technical automation experience.
• Proven readiness to lead employees and provide direction, feedback, and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance, development, workload and delivery of an assigned technical team.
• Set clear expectations and priorities, monitor progress, provide timely feedback and coaching, and address performance concerns.
• Plan and manage employee assignments and workload based on project needs, travel requirements, and development opportunities.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, selection, onboarding and team integration of new employees.
• Collaborate with senior technical contributors to provide guidance, mentoring, and support for team work.
