Job summary

Thermo Systems-LLC is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to guide a skilled engineering group, drive performance, and deliver projects on time. You will set priorities, coach engineers, and manage workload, with a focus on developing talent and ensuring delivery.

This role involves close collaboration with senior technical contributors, occasional hands-on work, and a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience leading engineers and delivering automation projects.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance, development, workload, and delivery of an assigned engineering team.
• Set clear expectations, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Plan and manage employee assignments and workload based on project needs and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with PMs and senior contributors to resolve staffing or priority conflicts.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and support to team members and address quality issues.

Education
