Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years in electromechanical equipment support or field service.
• Experience with reading drawings, P&IDs, and electrical one-lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with troubleshooting and support to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain Salesforce service cases and document activities.
• Travel to customer sites for training or complex jobs.
