Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist CVS store, pharmacy, Minute Clinic teams with hardware, POS, and software issues. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems to ensure timely, first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.

This role supports remote work options and requires a quiet work space, reliable internet, and the ability to work five days a week with one weekend shift. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of technical and/or call center experience.
• Preferred: experience in a help desk/call center environment in retail.
• Experience using computer hardware and software applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required, or 2 years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Document problems, complete problem tickets, and request information in the support tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Effectively manages call workload.
• Provide outstanding customer support by diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving problems within SLAs.
• Collaborate in a team environment.
• Full-time employee will work 5 days a week and one weekend shift.
