Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by end-users.
• Provide step-by-step technical guidance to resolve problems.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and Product for issue resolution.
• Document tickets and update knowledge base articles.
