You will assist users, document issues, and use remote tools such as TeamViewer and ServiceNow to troubleshoot and resolve tickets. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience is required, though related IT support experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related IT support experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn IT help desk tools.
• Ability to learn remote support software like TeamViewer.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive user questions via ticket queue, calls, and emails and identify the issue and requested assistance.
• Review ticket histories and approved guidance to understand prior attempts.
• With user permission, use TeamViewer to observe and guide basic troubleshooting remotely.
• Explain what was checked and next steps without promising times or outcomes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians with relevant details.
• Follow up on open tickets and inform users of updates.
• Confirm resolution and close tickets per team procedures.
• Meet quality expectations with accurate responses, timely replies, and thorough notes.
