Job summary

Balchem is seeking a Technical Services Specialist for the Midwest region to support the ANH ruminant sales force. You will deliver technical product presentations, develop training materials, and engage with universities to advance R&D efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D./D.V.M with 5+ years or an M.S. with 10+ years of field experience, and reside in the Midwest to support WI, MN, ND, SD, IA, NE, or IL.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./D.V.M with 5+ years post-graduate experience; or M.S. with 10+ years of field experience.
• Strong ability to present technical trainings and write articles for scientific and lay audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with universities and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in product sales with strong nutrition knowledge.
• Deliver technical product presentations to diverse audiences including industry professionals.
• Prepare training materials and articles to support Balchem ANH products.
• Lead communications and develop advocates in the technical community served by Balchem ANH.
• Collaborate with local and regional universities on R&D efforts as directed.
