Garratt-Callahan Company seeks a Technical Sales Territory Manager to sell boiler and cooling tower water treatment chemicals across San Diego, Imperial, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Work from home while covering a broad industrial territory.

The role offers an uncapped commission plan with a first-year salary range of $90,000 to $130,000, plus a robust benefits package. A four-year technical degree is preferred, with military equivalents welcomed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years technical sales related to water treatment chemicals is required.
• Selling to a variety of industrial customers is preferred.
• Knowledge of Southern California industrial marketplace is preferred.
• Military equivalent, such as Navy Nuclear Propulsion, or Army CBRN School, is also great.

Responsibilities

• Sell boiler and cooling tower chemicals to a variety of industrial customers.
• Maintain the existing customer base and develop new business via cold calls.
• Travel within San Diego, Imperial, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties; manage a large territory.
• Conduct chemical tests and document results; interact with pumps, tubing, piping and valves.
