Qualifications

• Implement remote support via digital platforms.
• Provide digital training through eLearning and videos.
• Support client's technical department to integrate solutions.
• Assist clients with warranty requests and spare parts orders.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by presenting Epta solutions.
• Gather market information and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments for improvements.
• Promote sales activities for all products and services.
