Job summary

Bluefors is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive adoption of cryogenic technologies across quantum and high-tech manufacturing sectors. You will lead strategic technical engagements with enterprise clients in the U.S. and Canada and align Bluefors solutions with evolving customer needs.

The role requires an MSc in applied/technical physics or related field, proven technical sales experience, and excellent communication skills. Travel is expected; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• MSc-level degree in applied or technical physics or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering with scientific instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Background in scientific research or R&D is a plus.
• Knowledge of cryogenic equipment, particularly dilution refrigerators, is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical engagements with key enterprise clients in the U.S. and Canada.
• Develop and execute account technology strategies aligned to customer objectives and Bluefors solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships in collaboration with the account team.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Serve as customer advocate, resolving issues and enabling long-term technical partnerships.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and influence strategy.
