Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to join our growing Sales team.
You will build and lead relationships with academic and research customers in the quantum technology field, representing cutting-edge cryogenic technologies used by world-class universities and laboratories. This role blends technical expertise with customer focus and commercial acumen, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and collaboration with Sales
Qualifications
- MSc or strong experience in quantum/technical physics.
- Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- English fluency (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Liaise between Sales and Engineering to share feedback and insights.
- Prepare technical proposals, customer documentation, and reports.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Support long-term technology collaboration with customers.
- Travel to meet customers and support sales activities.
