What You'll Do

• Source Talent: Use tools like LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals to find standout candidates.
• Screen & Qualify: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for client roles.
• Coordinate the Process: Submit candidates to hiring managers and manage communication through each stage.
• Build Relationships: Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay Current: Monitor market trends and hiring patterns to refine your sourcing strategies.
