Job summary

Infisical is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own technical hiring end-to-end for Engineering, Product and Design. You’ll work with the CTO and leads to define role requirements, map talent, and build pipelines through direct outreach and open-source communities.

You will run fast, rigorous interviews, structure offers, and track funnel metrics to continuously improve hiring. Experience with Ashby and a remote-first mindset in the US/Canada is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success hiring in niche, competitive tech markets with demonstrable hires.
• Strong technical literacy: comfortable discussing infrastructure and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements, align on talent bar, and present candidate slates.
• Map talent across developer tools, infra, and security; build pipelines via direct outreach.
• Run a fast, rigorous interview process that keeps candidates and interviewers engaged.
• Structure and negotiate offers through to close.
• Track funnel metrics and iterate to improve hiring processes.
• Use AI tools in sourcing, outreach, and screening to move faster without harming candidate experience.
• Shape recruiting marketing and nurture campaigns for Infisical.
