Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We’re scaling a fully in-person team in San Jose and seeking a Technical Recruiter (Inference) who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑talent environments to own and optimize our non‑technical hiring.

You’ll manage the full‑cycle process—from sourcing through offers—build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and continuously improve our recruiting systems and candidate experience while expanding sourcing channels beyond the obvious platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to evaluate technical depth and cultural fit with nuance.
• Resourceful in finding exceptional candidates beyond standard platforms.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can build systems from scratch.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and advocate for candidates and needs.
• Source candidates in unconventional places (GitHub, arXiv, mailing lists, Twitter threads).
• Facilitate structured interview loops and lead debriefs with leadership.
• Manage offers and close processes with hiring managers and leaders.
• Continuously improve recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate experience.
