Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a hands-on Technical Project Manager (OSS) to lead an Operational Support System delivery in a vendor-driven environment. You will drive deliverables, remove blockers, manage acceptance processes, and contribute to technical workstreams across engineering, operations, and network teams.

The role requires 5+ years managing complex software or network programs, with strong OSS knowledge, cloud and CI/CD familiarity, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing complex software or network infrastructure programs.
• Experience with vendor-delivered projects, milestone tracking, acceptance workflows, and SLA management.
• Familiarity with OSS domains and cloud/containerization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery obligations across OSS program milestones.
• Maintain implementation plans and critical path tracking; identify and resolve risks.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and approvals; manage acceptance criteria.
