Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking a Technical Project Manager 4 to support our mission at Los Alamos National Lab in Los Alamos, NM. The role focuses on managing discrete technical scope, schedules, and budgets within a DOE/NNSA framework, with remote work options.

Lead project teams, ensure safety and security compliance, and drive delivery across complex environmental and nuclear projects for federal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Nuclear facility and/or laboratory experience preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance.
• Health & Safety training and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities in alignment with DOE/NNSA requirements.
• Organize work into control accounts and work packages to satisfy programmatic needs.
• Report to the Project Program Director and manage day-to-day operations within the program area.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards; monitor budgets and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure all scope is performed within DOE Hazard Category 2, Security Classification 1 facility.
