Job summary

Broadcom Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and closure of technical consulting initiatives.

You will be the client’s main contact, coordinating with the Mainframe Division, Engineering, and Support to ensure governance and successful delivery. You should have 8+ years in IT project management, experience with Mainframe/Open Systems, and PMI/PMP credentials or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience preferably in an IT environment.
• Experience managing Mainframe and/or Open Systems Software projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven knowledge of Project Management methodologies / PMP Certification or equivalent; Agile experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of Technical Consulting projects.
• Serve as client primary contact and ensure governance per project scope and offering.
• Drive successful delivery, on-time and within budget, across Mainframe and Open Systems environments.
