itD is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager II to drive planning, execution, and optimization of live and pre-recorded media experiences across immersive platforms. You will lead cross-functional delivery across broadcast operations, streaming technology, and platform initiatives to ensure high‑quality event execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in video content operations or related technical roles in entertainment/media.
• Experience supporting live broadcast environments including switching, routing, and signal path design.
• Knowledge of broadcast standards (SMPTE 2110/2022, SCTE-35) and data workflows.
• Experience with streaming ingestion protocols (RTMP, SRT, RIST) and ABR (HLS/DASH).
• Ability to manage technical projects across multiple teams and priorities.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical contact for vendor engagement and live event delivery.
• Provide guidance and operational support to vendor teams for accurate event execution.
• Monitor live broadcasts in real time and coordinate issue resolution with engineering.
• Design and document media workflow architectures, including signal paths and distribution processes.
• Validate streaming workflows, encoding, data integrity, and QA checkpoints.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and rollout plans for platform features.
• Develop runbooks, escalation procedures, and process improvements.
• Lead technical projects from initiation to delivery and manage risks.
