Job summary

Kreative Technologies, LLC is seeking an Advanced Technology Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning through delivery in a fully remote environment. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risk while keeping technical teams and client stakeholders aligned.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT project management, experience with Agile and Waterfall, and excellent written and verbal communication for briefing senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including leading technology implementation or modernization projects.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes and closes technology projects on time and within budget.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures and resource plans.
• Identifies, tracks and mitigates project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinates the work of developers, database staff, testers and other technical team members.
• Serves as the main point of contact for client stakeholders on project status and decisions.
• Prepares status reports, briefings and project deliverables.
• Manages change requests and keeps project documentation current.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
