Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology, software, systems integration, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience integrating Federal government systems with commercial products such as Salesforce applications.
• Experience building security/privacy matrices and data models.
• Experience building business cases from pilot project data.
• Experience creating project plans, schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, deployment processes, dependencies, and release management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with vendor teams, government leads, operations, cybersecurity, data, and business teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, issues, and change requests with stakeholder visibility.
• Facilitate technical decisions with the right experts and document actions.
• Track performance with dashboards and delivery artifacts; identify trends and corrective actions.
• Develop business cases from pilot project data to inform future work.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to technology, security, compliance, vendors, staffing, and budgets.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and materials translating technical complexity into business implications.
